Shipping policy

 

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OPTIONS:

Standard Delivery: All standard deliveries are sent through MaltaPost. Our standard delivery charge is €4.50 anywhere in Malta and Gozo, or FREE for orders of €100 or more. We will process your order within 2 working days (subject to stock availability), and deliver within 2-4 working days.

Collect from your preferred Mavenry Tigne Point: Our Click and Collect service allows you to simply order online and then collect your items from your preferred Mavenry boutique, at a time that suits you.

This is free a complimentary service, and we will send an email to let you know that your items have arrived and are ready for collection. Go into the boutique and speak to one of our associates who will happy to help with your order. Delivery to store can vary from 1 hour to 2 working days subject to stock availability.

Items purchased via the Click & Collect service should be collected from the chosen boutique within 7 days from the date of their arrival at said boutique (Please check store opening times).

While we will make every effort to contact you, if your order still has not been collected once that period expires, your purchase may be cancelled, with a refund being affected via the same method used by you to purchase the items, unless you expressly agree another form of payment with us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
