Frequently Asked Questions
For timely delivery, we offer two options: Standard Delivery and Click & Collect. Standard Delivery within Malta and Gozo takes 2-4 working days and is free for orders over €100. For Click & Collect, simply order online and pick up at your preferred Mavenry boutique at The Point Shopping Mall. You will receive an email when your items are ready for collection.

We have a 15-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and you need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that exchanges are not available; returns will be processed with a refund to the original payment method.
